Pitcher Perfect Design Pro – Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after artwork approval and payment.

  • Rush orders (including event or trade-show rescue orders) are processed within 24–48 hours, subject to material availability.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Mountain Time) will be processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and the size of the order.

Estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (within the U.S.)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (must be confirmed by phone before ordering)

Delivery estimates do not include processing time.


Local Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available from our Draper, Utah production facility.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $_75__ before tax.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.
